1/3cCorn syrup
1/3cWhite wine
1/4cCorn oil
1/4cDijon mustard
2tbParsley
1 Garlic, clove
1tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
1/3cOnion or shallots, diced

Saute Onions or shallots in a little corn oil until cooked but not browned. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and serve or serve hot.
